A la vista presenta color rojo violáceo, con destellos azulados.
En nariz predominan las frutas rojas maduras y de carozo como ciruelas, cerezas negras y frambuesas, entretejidas con sutiles notas de vainillas aportadas por el roble.
En el paladar es de impacto dulce, en donde se encuentran sabores de frutas negras y rojas, de buena tensión y frescura, con taninos bien integrados y estructurados, que le dan un final largo y persistente.
